This role supports business unit experts by reviewing, revising, and maintaining technical documents, including datasheets, application notes, and product briefs.
Responsibilities- Proofread, edit, and format documents in MS Publisher, Adobe InDesign, and Frame Maker
- Create graphs using MS Excel and Kaleida Graph
- Create or edit/update schematics and drawings with MS Visio and MS Power Point
- Collaborate with subject matter experts
- 5–10 years of experience in technical copy editing/documentation
- Experience editing technical material
- Highly detail-oriented, multitasking, self-motivated with ownership over tasks and the initiative to complete both planned and last-minute projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical writing and editing proficiency
- Experience with MS Publisher, Adobe InDesign, Frame Maker, and Agile
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects
- Must work on-site in one of our USA offices
- Experience working for a semiconductor, systems, or software company
- Experience creating graphics (required)
- Deadline-driven and highly organized
- Time management skills to prioritize work and meet organizational needs
- Ability to work independently on multiple high-priority tasks
- Knowledge of the semiconductor industry or electronics is a plus
- Experience with Change Orders
