Join a forward-thinking analytics team as a Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst II, where your work will directly influence decision-making for key stakeholders in the corporate travel space. You’ll transform complex datasets into powerful insights using advanced BI tools and AI-assisted workflows. This role offers the opportunity to innovate with emerging technologies, shape reporting strategy, and deliver high-impact dashboards that drive real business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and optimize advanced dashboards and reports using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
- Ensure BI solutions are intuitive, efficient, and tailored to stakeholder needs
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Claude Code) to accelerate development and automate workflows
- Develop and refine prompts to generate accurate outputs from AI tools for analytics and reporting
- Conduct deep data analysis to uncover trends and deliver actionable business insights
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries within relational databases
- Apply AI-assisted coding tools to improve efficiency and accelerate development
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand business needs and present data-driven insights clearly
- Generate impactful data narratives, including AI-assisted summaries and reports
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Analyst
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
- Solid SQL experience and working knowledge of relational databases
- Experience using AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar
- Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques and best practices
- Strong analytical skills with experience working on complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in the corporate travel industry is considered an asset
