MACOM is seeking a Service Now ITOM Lead in Massachusetts to drive end-to-end ITOM implementations, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB design. You will set roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics in partnership with IT leadership, while ensuring ITIL-aligned processes and platform health.
You will also coordinate vulnerability management integration, support BCDR planning and testing, and develop comprehensive documentation and training materials for end users.
