Rapid Micro Biosystems is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to support internal customers with IT issues, onboarding/offboarding, and system setup in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain user accounts, install software, and monitor network patching.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT, strong Windows troubleshooting, basic LAN/WAN knowledge, and excellent customer service. BS in MIS/CS/Engineering or current certification preferred, with opportunities to grow in a global team.
