Our client , a general practice law firm in Lowell, is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and professional Paralegal/Legal Administrative Assistant/Office Manager . The ideal candidate should be a team player, and committed to providing exceptional support in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls, greet clients, and schedule appointments.
  • Manage calendars and attorney appointments.
  • Assist attorneys and office management as needed.
  • Provide support to clients, including preparation of legal documents and forms for Immigration, Bankruptcy, Divorce, and Personal Injury cases.
  • Prepare real estate closing disclosures and settlement statements.
  • Communicate with banks, courts, realtors, attorneys, and other law firm representatives; may include occasional errands to courts and the Registry of Deeds.
  • Draft correspondence and documents for court filings and client communications.
  • Assemble exhibits, affidavits, and other legal documents.
  • Perform general office management duties and multitask effectively in a busy environment.
Qualifications:
  • Polished and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and managerial skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office and Windows applications.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and learn new skills in a legal environment.
  • Prior experience in a law firm is preferred but training is available for the right candidate.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; legal assistant experience preferred (1 year).

Monday to Friday
-9 am-1 pm /9am
