Maintenance Technician

Bring your Organization, your Decision Making, and your opinions, because Cigna's next Maintenance Technician will help decide where Lowell, MA goes from here. Consider the trade: your 3 years of Professionalism for $72,000 - $99,000, a freelance schedule, and ownership most shops never offer.

• Document the why, not just the what, behind every Organization decision
• Sense when a Lowell relationship needs a call, not an email
• Meet established deadlines while upholding Cigna quality standards
• Read a Networking system you didn't build and improve it anyway
• Make general tradeoffs visible so Cigna can weigh them
• Partner sideways with teams who rarely sit in the same room

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• A teammate's instinct to unblock others before yourself
• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy
• A Lowell network, or the hustle to build one from scratch
• Strong rapport-building skills and a genuinely positive presence

Cigna exists for one stubborn reason: the general tools everyone settled for were never good enough, so we rebuilt them from Lowell, MA. We default to writing things down so the whole general team stays in the loop without endless meetings.

We trade fair $72,000 - $99,000 for your talent and throw in mentorship, benefits, and a flexibility policy people actually use.
