Enhancement Crew Supervisor

Overview

We are building the premier outdoor living company in the country by creating a “family of family companies” across the nation. The Enhancement Crew Supervisor assists the Enhancement Manager and/or Operations Manager to help ensure the successful completion of enhancement jobs for assigned crew leaders and crew members. Enhancement jobs can include drainage, planting, masonry, site work, etc.

• Coordinate and oversee assigned Enhancement crew leaders and crew members and tasks related to the enhancement department.
• Set up and layout enhancement jobs to ensure project quality and accuracy as requested by the sales team and expected by the client.
• Train crew members on landscape construction practices, time‑keeping, material allocation, time management, teamwork, etc.
• Perform enhancement jobs within budgeted hours, cost, and quantities.
• Communicate with in‑house teams as needed to resolve potential issues quickly.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers and the culture of assigned crews.
• Complete administrative responsibilities: material receipts, inventory sheets, and time sheets.
• Assist or supervise crews in other departments when needed.
• Participate in winter snow removal (preferred).

• High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• 3–5 years’ experience within the landscape construction field.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Time‑management and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Team player with positive attitude and proven ability to work hard in a fast‑paced environment.
• Urgency to grow and improve.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, innovative, collaborative, problem‑solving.
• Bi‑lingual preferred.

Physical agility required to access all areas of properties and landscape sites, assist in manual labor, and lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
