Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

This is a highly visible operations leadership role with real ownership and impact. You’re not inheriting a broken plant — you’re stepping into a well-established operation where strong execution, accountability, and continuous improvement are valued and supported.

You’ll work closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams while maintaining hands‑on influence over daily operations. The role offers autonomy, exposure to customers, and the opportunity to lead improvement initiatives that materially affect safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

This role is responsible for overseeing daily plant operations and ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and in line with customer expectations. You’ll lead manufacturing teams, coordinate production activities, and work closely with plant leadership and cross‑functional partners.

The position combines people leadership, operational oversight, and continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in maintaining quality standards, supporting process improvements, and ensuring the plant operates at a high level day in and day out.
