Job Summary:
Salary Range $20-$25 an hour DOE

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join a fast-paced printing environment in Lowell, Ma. This role involves operating and maintaining printing or finishing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials efficiently and safely.

• Operate printing or finishing machines (cutters, binders, laminators, or press equipment)
• Set up machines according to job specifications and production schedules
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

• Previous machine operating experience in manufacturing or printing preferred
• Ability to read work orders and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Experience in printing, labeling, or packaging environments
• Familiarity with bindery or press operations
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving
