We are seeking a highly execution-focused NPI Master Planner to support pilot manufacturing and new product introduction (NPI) programs.

This is a hands‑on individual contributor role responsible for developing and managing integrated build and material plans to ensure successful execution of pilot builds. The role operates at the center of cross‑functional activities—coordinating Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Program Management to ensure readiness and on‑time delivery.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, low‑volume / high‑mix environment, and is comfortable working through influence, data, and structured planning, rather than direct team leadership.

• Develop and maintain integrated master plans for NPI and pilot builds.
• Align build schedules with engineering release timelines, material readiness, and manufacturing capacity.
• Monitor execution against plan and proactively adjust to maintain program milestones.

• Ensure material availability (including long‑lead and constrained parts) to support build plans.
• Partner with Procurement and Supply Planning to resolve shortages and manage supply risks.
• Evaluate and manage the impact of engineering changes (ECOs) on material readiness and build schedules.

• Act as a central planning interface across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Ops Program Management.
• Drive alignment on build priorities, sequencing, and trade‑offs.
• Provide clear and timely communication of schedule status, risks, and recovery plans.

• Proactively identify risks including material shortages, design changes, and capacity constraints.
• Develop and coordinate mitigation plans to protect build timelines.
• Support rapid resolution of build blockers through structured escalation and cross‑functional coordination.

• Maintain accurate planning data in ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Ensure integrity of BOMs, routings, and planning parameters.
• Generate reports and provide schedule visibility to support decision‑making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or supply planning.
• Experience in NPI, pilot production, or low‑volume/high‑mix manufacturing environments strongly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Proven ability to manage complex priorities in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Experience supporting NPI or pilot operations environments preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail preferred.
• Ability to influence without authority across multiple functions preferred.
• Comfortable working in environments with frequent design and schedule changes preferred.

Base Salary Range: $94,280.13 USD to $ USD.

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
