Assembly Worker - 1'st Shift

* Schedule:

Mon - Thurs. 5AM - 3:30PM*
* ** Pay Rate: $19*
* ** You will assemble a range of components into finished goods across one or more production lines ensuring standard documentation quality and production rates are met under the direction of the Production Team Leader/Supervisors.*

* Key Responsibilities:

*
* +  
** Operates a variety of wafer fab equipment in a clean room production environment.*
* +  
** Able to manually manipulate fragile wafers on a regular basis.*
* +  
** Works with small devices to load fixtures and process equipment.*
* +  
** Makes basic measurements and math calculations relative to tolerances dimensions*
* +  
** Performs in-process visual inspections with and without the use of microscopes in accordance with established requirement.*
* +  
** Must accurately document all work performed on inspection reports and customer travelers.*
* +  
** Performs various dimensional inspection using specific gauges dimensional inspection systems verniers and micrometers.*
* +  
** Collaborating with supervisors and team leads.*
* ** Must Have:*
* +  
** 1+ years experience in medical device industry and manufacturing required.*
* +  
** 1+ years' experience in a clean room environment using a microscope.*
* +  
** Proficiency in English (reading writing speaking) required.*
* +  
** Ability to stand for extended periods manage multiple tasks lift up to 10 pounds frequently and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds; strong attention to detail essential.*
