Production Specialist; Wafer Fab

Job Description

The Production Specialist will perform wafer fabrications in the production of semiconductor devices in a clean room environment by following written specifications.

The scheduled working hours for this position are 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, which includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

• Operate standard wafer fabrication (fab) equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and demonstrate working knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Accurately record and enter operational data into designated logs, forms, or digital systems.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall manufacturing operations.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0 – 2 years’ experience, preferably working in a wafer fab or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work with close supervision and instruction.
• Demonstrates a willingness and aptitude to learn job tasks and procedures.
• Highly motivated and ability to work well with coworkers.
• Ability to communicate well both written and verbal.

The hourly pay range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $17/HR - $27/HR.*

* Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
