Operator Assembler II - Weekend Shift

Friday to Sunday 5:00 am – 3:00 pm

You will assemble a range of components into finished goods across one or more production lines ensuring standard documentation, quality and production rates are met under the direction of the Production Team Leader/Supervisors.

• Operate a variety of wafer fab equipment in a clean room production environment.
• Manually manipulate fragile wafers on a regular basis.
• Load fixtures and process equipment for small devices.
• Make basic measurements and math calculations relative to tolerances and dimensions.
• Perform in‑process visual inspections with and without the use of microscopes in accordance with established requirements.
• Accurately document all work performed on inspection reports and customer travelers.
• Perform dimensional inspection using specific gauges, dimensional inspection systems, verniers and micrometers.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team leads.

• 1+ years experience in the medical device industry and manufacturing.
• 1+ years experience in a clean room environment using a microscope.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple tasks, lift up to 10 pounds frequently and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds; strong attention to detail.
