Position SummaryYou will assemble a range of components into finished goods across one or more production lines ensuring standard documentation quality and production rates are met under the direction of the Production Team Leader/Supervisors.
Key Responsibilities- Operates a variety of wafer fab equipment in a clean room production environment.
- Able to manually manipulate fragile wafers on a regular basis.
- Works with small devices to load fixtures and process equipment.
- Makes basic measurements and math calculations relative to tolerances and dimensions.
- Performs in-process visual inspections with and without the use of microscopes in accordance with established requirements.
- Must accurately document all work performed on inspection reports and customer travelers.
- Performs various dimensional inspections using specific gauges, dimensional inspection systems, verniers and micrometers.
- Collaborates with supervisors and team leads.
- 1+ years experience in the medical device industry and manufacturing required.
- 1+ years experience in a clean room environment using a microscope.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple tasks, lift up to 10 pounds frequently and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds; strong attention to detail essential.
Salary Range: $20.50
