You will collaborate with engineering, quality, and facilities teams to meet throughput, yield, and on-time delivery while developing bench strength and enforcing policies.
The role requires 8+ years in engineering or manufacturing management, a bachelor’s degree, and strong Lean/5S, SPC/DOE skills.
