Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a Production Specialist to perform wafer fabrication in a clean room environment. The role runs 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch and a 3–4 month training period on 1st shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM).
You will operate fab equipment, maintain safety, and document operations in logs or digital systems. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and 0–2 years in manufacturing.
