Marathon Staffing seeks Production Line Workers to support light industrial clients in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. In this role, you will load, sort, and package materials, monitor equipment, and follow work orders to keep the line running efficiently. You'll inspect products for quality, document basic production data, and follow all safety and cleanliness standards. Successful candidates are reliable, comfortable standing for long periods, and able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production line equipment
- Load, sort, and package materials and finished products
- Inspect products for quality and remove defective items
- Follow work orders and production schedules
- Complete basic production and quality documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPECommunicate issues to line leads or supervisors promptly
- Support teammates to meet production targets
- Follow company policies and work instructions
