Production, Material Handler, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations

Marathon Staffing is hiring Production Workers to support light industrial and waste management operations. In this role, you will operate basic production equipment, load/unload materials, inspect products for quality, and keep work areas clean and safe. You'll follow written instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position requires standing for long periods, repetitive tasks, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic production and material-handling equipment safely
• Load, unload, and stage materials for processing or shipment
• Inspect products for defects and verify quality standards
• Follow production schedules, work orders, and written instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Comply with safety rules, PPE requirements, and company policies
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors
• Perform repetitive tasks and meet production quotas
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leads
• Assist with basic housekeeping and waste management tasks
