General Labor

Marathon Staffing is seeking General Labor associates to support a variety of light industrial and facility support tasks. In this role, you will load and unload materials, sort and dispose of waste, clean and prepare work areas, and assist with basic warehouse or production duties. You'll follow written and verbal instructions, use basic hand tools or equipment, and adhere to all safety and cleanliness standards.

This position requires reliability, physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials, supplies, and products
• Sort, handle, and dispose of waste and recyclables per guidelines
• Clean and prepare work areas, equipment, and common spaces
• Assist with basic warehouse, production, or facility support tasks
• Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors or leads
• Operate basic hand tools and non-complex equipment safely
• Maintain safe work practices and follow all safety procedures
• Report hazards, equipment issues, or material shortages promptly
• Support team members to meet productivity and quality goals
• Accurately complete basic logs or checklists as required
