Mid to Senior Copywriter, Creative Development - Temporary Worker

Job Description:

Temporary assignment starting ASAP through EOY, with the potential to extend or convert to a permanent role; however, neither is guaranteed at this time. W2 only. Candidates must be authorized to work and reside in the United States. Preferred location:
Fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in or near Boston, Hartford (CT), Rhode Island, or New York. Must be available to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours. The ideal candidate will bring a broad mix of experience across integrated brand marketing, retail, CRM, content, social, commerce, retail media, and highly regulated customer communications. This role requires leadership across both high-volume creative production and strategic customer engagement initiatives.

Customer wellness, healthcare, or health‑adjacent industry experience is required.

ROLE:
Advertising/creative copywriter. Candidates must demonstrate experience with advertising campaigns through a strong portfolio. We are not seeking content strategists, SEO or UX writers, technical writers, or long‑form writers.

• Provide superior writing skills to concept against different deliverables, including but not limited to manifestos, scripts, digital and content, developing campaigns, activations, social posts, and more across multiple projects, deliverables and clients simultaneously.
• Self‑edit and review all deliverables for grammatical and formatting issues, ensuring strategy alignment as well as clients’ tone, style, audience, and objectives.
• Develop superior creative solutions that successfully live across all forms of media and reflect a firm understanding of the communications objective, client nuances and timing/budget parameters.

• 4+ years of experience in the creative advertising industry
• Bachelors in advertising, Marketing or related field
• In lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required
• Demonstrate strong leadership, presentation, and client relationship skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Professional, outgoing, friendly, fearless, and resilient
• Demonstrated creative success on wide range of client work

Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office. The hourly pay range for this position is $53.74 - $71.65.

The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
