Program Manager, Programs and Ameri Corps
Location: Hybrid (Massachusetts)
Salary: Starting at $70,000, commensurate with experience
Kids in Tech is seeking an experienced, mission-driven Program Manager, Programs and Ameri Corps to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of our growing portfolio of STEM education programs, including our new Ameri Corps initiative.
This leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, leading teams, strengthening school and community partnerships, and delivering high-quality educational experiences for young people.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading school-year, summer, and community STEM programs
- Managing Ameri Corps implementation and compliance
- Supervising Program Coordinators, instructional staff, Ameri Corps members, and seasonal personnel
- Driving program quality, evaluation, and continuous improvement
- Building strong relationships with school districts and community partners
- Leading operational planning, reporting, and program systems
