Job SummaryAs the IP/SDC at Vantage at Lowell, you will oversee infection prevention initiatives while also coordinating staff education and competency programs. This dual-role position is critical to maintaining compliance, staff preparedness, and high standards of resident care.
Responsibilities- Coordinate orientation and competency programs
- Conduct in-service education and training
- Maintain education and compliance records
- Support quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with nursing leadership
- Active Massachusetts nursing license required
- Full-Time
$70,000/year - $105,000/year
