Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) – Lowell, MAAbout the Company
Our client is a growing healthcare organization serving the geriatric population. They provide full benefits, paid time off, and a supportive work environment focused on helping older adults remain safe and independent.
The PositionWe are seeking a full-time RN to provide direct care in an outpatient facility.
Compensation, Benefits & Schedule- $80,000–$104,000 based on experience
- Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, no nights or weekends
- Health, dental & vision insurance (employer pays 80%)
- 403B retirement plan
- Long & short-term disability, life insurance
- CME & license renewal reimbursement
- Paid Time Off: 26 days combined PTO, 15 vacation days, 10 sick days, 1 personal day, 13 paid holidays
- Limited travel and on-call; unlimited overtime available
- Provide direct outpatient care
- Conduct initial and periodic assessments
- Develop and update care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- Notify MD/NP of patient concerns
- Build strong relationships with participants
- Massachusetts RN license
- CPR certified
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
