Northeast Arc-Clinical Services is a nonprofit Medicaid/Medicare-certified home healthcare agency founded in 2003. Our mission is to serve medically fragile pediatric and adult populations in Bristol, Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, and Suffolk Counties.

Our diverse cases ensure that nurses gain valuable experience across various medical conditions. - We specialize in providing Continuous Care Nursing for medically complex children and adults. Our nurses work 1‑on‑1 with patients in their homes, schools, or community settings. Our goal is to help families navigate the complexities of their loved one’s medical care, ensuring patients can stay at home and avoid hospitalization.
- Diverse Cases
:
Our cases cover a wide spectrum, from general nursing care to extremely complex ICU‑level home care. Most of our patients face feeding challenges and are either G or J‑tube feeding dependent. Others may have tracheostomies requiring ventilator support, seizure disorders, ostomy appliances, wound management needs, or diabetic maintenance.
Pay Rates
RN
: $57.68 / $59.68 / $61.68 per hour
LPN
: $41.50 / $43.50 / $45.50 per hour

To join our team, nurses must meet the following qualifications:
- Licensure
:
Nurses must hold a valid RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts. - Experience & Clinical Competence
:
Proficiency in nursing skills, critical thinking, and problem‑solving is crucial. Team members should be well‑versed in handling diverse medical conditions. New grads are welcome, but some clinical experience is beneficial. - Compassion and Empathy
:
