Lowell General Hospital’s Community RN Career Direct Care Pathway consists of four levels (I–IV) based on RN experience and qualifications, from 0–11 months up to 8+ years.
The RN Complex Care team provides direct nursing care in the ICU‑G on the Main Campus, nights 7PM–7AM, with emphasis on evidence‑based practice, patient/family education, discharge planning, and collaboration with physicians and staff.
