Job Responsibilities:
Assisting the clinical team with administrative tasks
Working as a team player within the administrative and clinical teams
Triaging phone calls in a fast-paced office
Detail-oriented tracking to remain in compliance with regulations
Schedule and Weekly
Hours:
We offer different schedules:
Monday-Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm (start time may vary depending on department needs - 8:30 am or 9:30 am). This shift includes weekend rotations.
Tuesday
- Saturday, from 9 am to 5 pm (start time may vary depending on department needs - 8:30 am or 9:30 am)
Sunday
- Thursday, from 9 am to 5 pm (start time may vary depending on department needs - 8:30 am or 9:30 am)
Education,
Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of healthcare experience
Ability to take initiative, work independently, and multitask
Manage time and prioritize efficiently
Outstanding verbal and written communication skillsPC proficiency in Google Suite, Word, and ExcelA professional and caring demeanor in person and on the telephone

This number reflects an average starting range for this position. Individual pay is determined through a variety of factors including experience, education, certifications, and skills and can exceed the starting range.
