This position is based near Lowell, MA, and calls for a dedicated RN or LPN to provide attentive care to a student while accompanying them on van rides to and from school each day. Requirements:

• Active MA RN or LPN license
• Experience in a school-based nursing setting preferred
• Ability to build rapport with students and maintain professional boundaries
• Strong attention to detail for medication administration and documentation
• Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to all state and federal student privacy regulations

Role Highlights:

• Accompany a high school student to and from school daily, providing 1:1 medical support on the van
• Monitor and attend to the students health needs and respond to any emergencies
• Administer medications and maintain accurate, timely records
• Communicate and collaborate with school staff and families regarding care plans and any observed concerns
• Support the students well-being throughout their travel and school transition times
