Set up and break down field before and after games, practices, and events;
Monitor, operate, and repair the field's irrigation system; ensure drainage and rapid field recovery after inclement weather;
Inspect and repair protective netting; maintain bullpens and batting cages;
Recruit, train, and supervise seasonal grounds crew; develop work schedules and ensure safety
