Jewelry Stylist (Part-Time) – Chestnut Hill, MA

Our part‑time Jewelry Consultants provide an exceptional experience for every Brilliant Earth customer. These team members assist customers in selecting the best jewelry match from our luxury product line, achieving sales targets in a fast‑paced environment while creating personalized experiences.

Schedule:

Part‑time, including weekend days. This is an in‑person position at our Chestnut Hill, MA location.

Compensation: $20–22 per hour (budget may be adjusted at any time).

• Utilize sales strategies and problem‑solving techniques to guide customers through purchasing decisions, such as ring settings and diamond options.
• Greet, check‑in, and assist customers, creating a memorable, one‑on‑one experience that reflects our luxury brand and product quality.
• Guide customers to purchase and create personalized experiences for each interaction.
• Manage a high volume of incoming sales leads to meet individual and team revenue targets.
• Respond proactively to online inquiries, providing sales assistance via live chat and phone calls while maintaining a luxury experience.
• Develop and demonstrate product knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry.
• Conduct post‑sale appointments for pick‑ups, exchanges, resizing, and other inquiries.
• Call customers to confirm showroom appointments and answer pre‑appointment questions.
• Review customer feedback and online reviews, collaborating with leadership to improve experience and performance.
• Use our ERP system to manage tasks and communicate cross‑functionally.
• Act as a brand advocate, sharing our mission of a sustainable, transparent, compassionate industry.
• Maintain showroom appearance, cleanliness, and organization, executing merchandising guidelines.
• Serve as liaison for facility maintenance projects, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Coordinate product receipt and shipping, reconciling inventory and maintaining organization.
• Enforce waiting‑room policies for safety and product security.
• Open and close the showroom and waiting area as required.
