You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the excellent example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.

• Manage cost, inventory, and cash operations.
• Ensure accurate food management and adherence to scheduling.
• Maintain a perfect store image and spotless cleanliness.
• Provide great customer service and handle all customer interactions.
• Attend all shifts on time, drive to/from work as required.
• Maintain marketing efforts and store profitability.
• Staff the store and handle all paperwork.
• Respond to demand adjustments and make business decisions on the floor.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Operate all equipment efficiently and safely.
• Stock ingredients and keep storage areas organized.
• Prepare product quality‑consistent with brand standards.
• Receive and process telephone orders accurately.
• Track inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Maintain a clean facility and equipment on a daily basis.
• Provide orientation and training as needed.
• Demonstrate strong communication – written and verbal.
• Accurately add, subtract, multiply, divide, and handle monetary change.
• Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Coordinate motor skills for fast, precise movements.
• Possess basic motor coordination and appropriate workforce security skills.

• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Strong verbal and telephone order‑processing skills.
• Quick mental math and accurate monetary transactions.
• High speed, precise hand–eye coordination and tactile abilities.
• Typing skills for order entry.

• Deliver product by car directly to customer door.
• Distribute flyers and door hangers.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

• Varying weather conditions when removing trash, delivering, and performing outdoor tasks.
• In‑store temperatures may range from 36 °F in the cooler to over 90 °F in some areas.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500 °F.
• Work in cramped quarters, including walk‑in coolers and ovens.
• Operating sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Mostly standing; frequent walking short distances.
• Lift and carry items up to 50 pounds for bulk deliveries.
• Carry and push trays up to 12 pounds over short distances.
• Navigate stairs or ladders when required.
• Perform short forward bending, crouching, and reaching up to 72 in.
• Use eye‑hand coordination for precise tasks like dough shaping and pizza cutting.
• Physical agility needed for brushing, moving equipment, and customer service.

• Work involves stooping, bending, and repeated short‑duration movements.
• Tasks demand continuous reaching in multiple directions.
• Requires handling of items like pizza peel, cutter, and boxes with one or both hands.
