Assistant Store Manager

Global Partners LP seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations at our energy-focused gas station and convenience store. You'll lead front-line associates, ensure a safe and compliant environment, and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing fuel and merchandise inventory, maintaining store standards, and supporting cash handling and loss prevention. You'll help track sales results, execute promotions, and coordinate with logistics teams, gaining exposure to the energy and retail network that keeps local communities running.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily gas station and convenience store operations
• Supervise, train, and schedule store associates for excellent customer service
• Monitor fuel and merchandise inventory, ordering and receiving stock accurately
• Enforce safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance standards
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and brand presentation
• Assist with cash handling, deposits, and loss-prevention procedures
• Track sales, margins, and KPIs to meet performance targets
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with logistics and supply teams to ensure reliable product flow
• Support implementation of corporate promotions and sustainability initiatives
