The Concession Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chestnut Hill, MA located inside of Bloomingdale’s. The Concession Manager will be responsible for overseeing Hobbs London’s concession operations within a partner retail environment. This role manages daily floor activities, including supervising the concession team, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience that reflects the Hobbs brand. The Concessions Manager will monitor inventory levels, manage visual merchandising standards, and coordinate with store and head office teams to implement promotions and brand initiatives.
They will oversee budgeting and reporting for the concession, analyze sales data, and make recommendations to optimize performance. The role also includes training and coaching team members, handling customer inquiries and escalations, and maintaining compliance with both Hobbs and host store policies and procedures.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, resolve issues, and represent the brand professionally.
- Experience in Concessions and Sales management, including supervising teams, meeting sales targets, and managing retail performance metrics.
- Capability in Budgeting and basic financial analysis to manage concession budgets, review reports, and make data-informed decisions.
- Previous retail or fashion industry experience, ideally in premium or luxury brands.
- Proven leadership skills, including team coaching, performance management, and scheduling.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in merchandising and presentation standards.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced retail environment; flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, retail management, or fashion is a plus.
