As a Tru Green Field Sales Representative, you will be the welcoming face in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners face-to-face to introduce them to the benefits of personalized lawn care solutions.

• Engage with homeowners face-to-face to understand their needs and deliver custom lawn care solutions.
• Conduct door-to-door outreach with professionalism, energy, and a positive attitude.
• Customize sales messaging to match the unique lawn care needs of each household because no two yards are the same.
• Turn just looking into just signed using a proven sales methodology and processes.
• Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and follow through.
• Cross-sell and upsell with precision to show customers how to level up their lawns.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are valued.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills; able to close conversations.
• Solid time management skills and a self‑starter mindset.
• Comfortable with technology and mobile devices.
• Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds outdoors.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Physically located in the United States while performing the job.
