Guides home buyers through the purchasing process from initial engagement to closing, using proactive sales techniques and strong market knowledge to ensure a seamless experience.

• Engage visitors, establish relationships, and determine home buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy.
• Generate, process, and close home sales via self‑generated or referred leads, leveraging the 10‑5‑2‑1 selling approach.
• Provide consistent and timely follow‑through with customers from initial contact through closing and post‑closing activities, maintaining accurate communication records.
• Maintain condition of Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes; report maintenance needs and ensure timely resolution.
• Travel throughout the local community to generate leads from Realtor/Co‑Broker businesses, referrals, and proactive self‑prospecting.
• Develop and maintain in‑depth knowledge of the competitive market, including product offerings, community details, sales trends, advertising strategies, and customer demographics.
• Monitor and record daily customer traffic using company‑designated tracking tools.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth transaction and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree and real estate license preferred.
• Minimum 1‑3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related field.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset and ability to work independently.

• Regular in‑person attendance at company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours.
• Ability to work more than eight hours per day in confined quarters of a construction trailer, operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment potentially exceeding 50 pounds.
• May require occasional operation of construction equipment.
• Finger dexterity required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
