Position: Bilingual Direct Sales Agent Specialist (2863)

National General is a part of The Allstate Corporation. The Direct Sales Agent Specialist plays a key role in driving profitable growth by generating new business, cross‑selling existing customers, and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals through new business, cross‑sell, and retention.
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals.
  • Develop relationships within the community (e.g., dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and follow‑ups to convert opportunities into sales.
  • Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
  • Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition.
  • Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations.
Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of experience.
  • Property & Casualty licensing (preferred) or ability to attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company.

Compensation

Base compensation: $20.00 per hour.

Total compensation may include incentive pay, such as commissions and bonuses, based on individual and team performance.
