• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, maintaining a professional presence throughout.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas within the location to help to deter unauthorized access and address any suspicious behavior.
• Interact professionally with visitors, staff, and/or government personnel, providing assistance as needed while maintaining a strong security‑related focus.
• Complete thorough and accurate reports related to daily activities, incidents, and/or any observed irregularities.
• Follow all client and Allied Universal protocols for armed security‑related work, including proper handling and maintenance of issued equipment.

• Have at least 2 years of security‑related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical‑related field.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
