Salary Range: $15.00 To $15.00 Hourly

Life Protect 24/7 is searching for self‑motivated, high‑performing individuals with security experience, and a desire to advocate for team safety. If this sounds like you, you are a great candidate for our Full‑Time Security Officer.

• Providing security, safety, and protection of the people and property of the building.
• Walking rounds in the building & on the property.
• Actively watching Security Camera footage, communicating infractions with management.
• Responding to calls for assistance:
  Code Blue – Medical Emergency;
  Code Red – Security issues; coordinating with Emergency Services; securing the premises of our Norfolk, VA headquarters.
• Ensuring the safety of working personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings and access points, and permitting entry.
• Preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures, and restraining trespassers.

• Previous Security Experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time
• Motivation, and desire to achieve powered by YOU!

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 3:15pm–11:15pm; eligible for full‑time benefits.

Pay: $15/hour
