Position Summary

As an Installation & Delivery Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers' products are delivered, assembled, and installed with care and precision. From hot tub covers to saunas to specialty equipment, you'll use your mechanical know-how, carpentry skills, and customer service expertise to make sure every job is done right. You'll also collaborate with teammates across departments, making you an important part of our customer-first service culture.

What You'll Do

• Master all aspects of delivery and installation, including moving and lifting products safely.

• Deliver and assemble hot tub covers, lifters, and siding panels.

• Install saunas and specialty equipment, including Covana automated spa covers.

• Provide exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed and addressing questions or concerns.

• Use internal computer programs to manage tasks and schedules.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and department assets.

• Look for opportunities to improve efficiency and teamwork.

• Participate in weekly service team meetings.

• Support other departments when needed.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.

• Strong carpentry and mechanical skills; proficiency with power tools.

• High school diploma (or equivalent).

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• A positive, can-do attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.

• Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and maneuver 100+ lbs.

• Regular kneeling, bending, and lifting.

Schedule

Full-time, minimum 40 hours per week

Core hours:
Monday thru Friday/7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Overtime available seasonally
