Position SummaryAs an Installation & Delivery Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers’ products are delivered, assembled, and installed with care and precision. From hot tub covers to saunas to specialty equipment, you’ll use your mechanical know-how, carpentry skills, and customer service expertise to make sure every job is done right. You’ll also collaborate with teammates across departments, making you an important part of our customer-first service culture.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Master all aspects of delivery and installation, including moving and lifting products safely.
- Deliver and assemble hot tub covers, lifters, and siding panels.
- Install saunas and specialty equipment, including Covana automated spa covers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed and addressing questions or concerns.
- Use internal computer programs to manage tasks and schedules.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and department assets.
- Look for opportunities to improve efficiency and teamwork.
- Participate in weekly service team meetings.
- Support other departments when needed.
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong carpentry and mechanical skills; proficiency with power tools.
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons.
- Ability to lift and maneuver 100+ lbs.
- Regular kneeling, bending, and lifting.
Full-time, minimum 40 hours per week
Core hours:
Monday thru Friday/7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime available seasonally
