HVAC Service Technician - Experienced
$40-50/hour based on experience | SPIFFs + Commission | Consistent, year-round work

Deliver a professional, high-quality customer experience - Collaborate with leadership to improve operations, training, and inventory
- 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented with leadership potential
- NATE Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- HVAC trade school background
- Experience with air balancing or sheet metal
