What You'll Do- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance and service calls
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
- Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience
- Communicate with leadership regarding field feedback, inventory needs, and process improvements
- 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
- NATE Certification
- HVAC trade school education
- Experience with sheet metal or air balancing
