Peabody Properties seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to join its team at apartment communities in Lowell, MA. The role supports the Service Manager with routine, preventive and emergency maintenance.
You will handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, locks, carpentry, painting, drywall, janitorial duties, grounds and snow removal, and keep common areas clean and safe. On-call coverage after hours and weekends may be required.
