Property Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to a leading real estate investment and property management firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional with a broad skill set in general building repairs, preventive maintenance, and tenant service calls.

• Perform general building maintenance tasks including light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and carpentry
• Respond to and resolve tenant service requests and work orders in a timely manner
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
• Assist with HVAC filter changes, minor repairs, and system troubleshooting
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Support emergency response efforts and be part of the on-call rotation

• 3+ years of experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities management
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, and comfort working independently
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Must have appliance maintenance knowledge and experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work on ladders or in tight spaces

$26.00-$29.00 /Hour
