We provide comprehensive support within a structured, home-like environment to facilitate successful transitions to independent living. You will be responsible for the trauma-informed psychiatric management of transitional aged youth coping with complex mental health challenges.
Schedule: 8 to 16 hours per month
Compensation (Consultant Fee Range)
The pay range for this position is $250.00 to $300.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

- Candidate must have prior experience working with transitional age youth who have acute or complex psychiatric presentations.
- Candidate must have completed a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry from an accredited program.
- Candidate must be Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Candidate must hold or be eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure.
