KeyQualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts School Psychologist license required
- Experience with K-12 populations preferred
- Strong consultation, assessment, and intervention skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive school culture
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students across all grade levels
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to enhance student success
- Consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams on strategies for individual student needs
- Support crisis intervention and help implement behavioral support plans
- Contribute to the development of IEPs and 504 plans
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development sessions
