Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 5:30am-2:00pm
Pay Rate: $22.90 per hour

- Promote recovery and remove barriers and obstacles to recovery
- Serve as a personal guide and mentor for people seeking or already in recovery from an addiction to alcohol and/or other drugs
- Model recovery principles and practices at all times
- Provide linkages to recovery‑oriented, peer support, self‑help supports and services, and community‑based mental health, substance use disorder, and family support programs
- Serve as a liaison between the recovery community, the addiction treatment system, the medical treatment system, and the member’s community, family, and social context to facilitate connections across systems of care
- Minimum of 2 years of uninterrupted recovery (3-5 years preferred)
- Recovery coach certification required within the first 12 months of employment
- Ability to use an Electronic Health Record to document medically necessary clinical services
- Strong skills in communication, follow‑through, collaboration, and customer service
- Ability to read and write English and communicate effectively in the primary language of the program to which the candidate is assigned
- Must hold a valid driver’s license; must have access to a safe, operational, and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport participants
