Delta-T Group Massachusetts, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Shelter Advocates for a 24/7 shelter serving homeless families in Lowell, MA. The role supports basic services and safe day-to-day shelter operations as part of a distributed team across three shifts.
Responsibilities include crisis intervention, rounds, meal support, and maintaining order. Prior experience with at-risk populations is preferred; CPR/First Aid are required; bilingual skills (Haitian/Spanish) encouraged.
