Graduation Mentor
Reports to:
Director of Student Resource Center
Terms of employment:
Not to exceed 20 hours per week
A high school graduation mentor will work with students, families, and staff to provide supportive interventions to students who are at risk for dropping out.
Effective date of employment:
As soon as possible after posting period closes.
Salary: $25.00 per hour, or the hourly collective bargaining rate if applicable
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferred.
- Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education license, preferred.
- Experience working with adolescents.
- Demonstrated technology proficiency to produce, manage, and use various data collection tools. Knowledge of or ability to learn X2 Aspen and other technology tools.
- Excellent oral, written, and communication skills.
