Job Overview
We are looking for a Software Engineer III – Eng to join our dynamic team. This role provides an opportunity to lead projects and contribute to high‑impact software solutions used by enterprises and millions of users worldwide. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of complex software systems, as well as mentoring junior engineers.
You will work in a collaborative environment, contributing to the technical foundation behind our flagship products and services.
- Build and support deployment automation of various Java‑based microservices that is repeatable, efficient, and cost‑effective.
- Analyze all deployment/infrastructure related issues across Engineering / Production environments and provide swift resolution.
- Participate in building efficient automation solutions that are resilient, fault tolerant, and are upgraded with no downtime.
- Work with the Operations team to build production deployment processes & systems.
- Automate processes using Cloud Native solutions with scripting languages (Shell/Python) and Google Cloud APIs.
- Possess solid foundation in CI/CD concepts and be well‑versed with pipelines to push changes to production.
- Participate in code and design reviews to ensure quality and conformance to product standards.
- Have a keen eye to detail as well as excellent debugging / troubleshooting skills.
- Build and support custom tools that facilitate development and QA teams.
- Work closely and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams, including product management, security, and cloud operations, to define, plan, prioritize and execute upon a cohesive RDY roadmap.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best‑practices in Dev Ops, evaluating their potential for adoption.
- Provide technical leadership to the team, drawing on practical experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and Configuration as Code.
- Enhance skill acquisition and enablement across the organization with immersive, collaborative, outcome‑driven engagements with cross‑functional teams.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Deep expertise in one or more programming languages such as C#, .NET, Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Extensive experience with software development practices and design patterns.
- Proficiency with version control systems like Git Hub and bug/work tracking systems like JIRA.
- Understanding of cloud technologies and Dev Ops principles.
- Hands‑on experience with Terraform and Ansible.
- Hands‑on experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline.
- Well‑versed with containerization techniques such as Docker/Kubernetes and knowledge of developing Terraform, Helm scripts & Ansible.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with developing accessible technologies.

CompensationThe pay range for this position is $102,300 to $147,050. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance‑based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
