• Architect with AI: You won’t just “write code”—you will orchestrate AI coding agents to generate high-quality, well-tested PHP (Laravel) and Vue.js output. You are the conductor of the machine, ensuring our velocity never outpaces our architectural integrity.
• Ship the Core: You’ll be a key driver on the team that builds and maintains our primary platform. From refining our core engine to launching entirely new product modules, you will own the lifecycle of features that move us closer to fully autonomous governance.
• Scale the Platform: As we expand, you’ll ensure our single, unified application remains performant and reliable. You’ll optimize MySQL schemas and Laravel services to handle increasing complexity without adding “technical debt” or manual overhead.
• Challenge the “Default”: We don’t accept “industry standard” if it’s based on biased data or inefficient legacy thinking. You will help us design UX and data structures that are inclusive by default, ensuring Clarity works for everyone, not just the “standard” user profile.
• Lead through Curiosity: The AI landscape changes weekly. You’ll stay at the bleeding edge of agentic coding, constantly experimenting with new workflows and sharing those breakthroughs with the team to keep our collective output “as fast as humanly possible.”

• A Master of the Stack: You have deep professional experience with PHP/Laravel and modern JS frameworks (Vue.js preferred). You don’t just write code; you build systems.
• An AI Native: You have moved past “curiosity” into “mastery.” You have integrated AI coding agents (like Cursor, Git Hub Copilot, or agentic LLM workflows) into your daily professional life to multiply your output and elevate your code quality.
• A Systems Thinker: You understand that “fast” only works if the underlying technical specs and design principles are rock solid. You are the human guardrail that ensures AI-generated code adheres to rigorous standards.
